Whole Foods Diet                      -                fresh, local vegetables & fruit

Physical Activity                        -                30 minutes 5-6 days week

Water                                         -                 at least 6-10 cups of water per day

Sleep                                  -             undisturbed & wakes refreshed

Positive Attitude                        -                 don't worry, be happy

Nature                                        -                 get outside at least 20 minutes a day
